I have a dry cough and hard breathing! Can it be a result of an STD or HIV?

I had an unprotected oral sex with a prostitute about 5 weeks ago. I was very scared and knew that I could not get a conclusive test for an HIV till it is 6 weeks after the exposure day. So I took her to get tested for an HIV and STD which came all negative except Oral Herpes. I got tested 3 weeks after the exposure day and I also had all negative except Oral Herpes. I have dry cough which started 4 or 5 days ago and shortage of breath. I dont have any other symptoms as fatigue, nausea, diarea, flu symptoms, temperature. I have read that dry cough can be an early symptome of an HIV! Do you think I should get tested again? Can I get an HIV?
