Regarding lab handling the results

Hi

Did any come across about the lab accidentally mistaken the results.I mean sending the other person results to doctor assuming that the person is same as the doctor requested.

Am i clear enough.just curious to know

Somehow i am feeling little bit uncomfortable about the fact that my tests are 4 month period and negative on HIV and all STD.I had unprotected sex with a women who is a prostitute.

i still have a small left neck lymph node and that is bothering about the results.

You are clear enough. The answer is NO. There is to many fail safe precautions in place.
