IM SO PARANOID BOUT MY RESULT OF NON REACTIVE, HOW SURE?

Im a 23 year old sexually active male. i admit i have this thing for the ladies, and use my looks to get the girls, not trying to be boastful, just wana get my story straight, so i can get good advice from everyone here.
I have multiple sex partners, actually these girls go to my college, and other universities as well, i admit im a player.
it came a time where i had a lecture about HIV and aids, i got so paranoid, esecially by multiple sex parnterns only if its transmitted by an infected hiv person.
so come a time when i had sex with the 9th girl on my list last JULY 2007, 3 days after i got GONORRHEA. so i took a 2g single dose azithromyzin and it went away before a week. being paranoid of the even i got an HIV test 3months after the incident exactly OCTOBER 22, 2007. and the result was NON REACTIVE. i need advice guys, i know that is a negative result,

actually this was also my 2nd hiv test. my last HIV test was on MAY 2007, and it also read NON REACTIVE

1. how sure is that result?
2. was HIV good enough to be detected within that 3months?
3. isnt the incubation period like 7 years to 10?
4. should i still be paranoid after all this??
5. for being sexualy active as i am 2X i took the HIV test in 3 month intervals both being NON REACTIVE. should i worry?

p.s after all this that has happend to me i really realized so much in life more than just sex, i really hope that my results are accurate and so i can relax now. its really bugginh me alot when i think about it. i have been 5 months abstinant now since my last OCTOBER 22 2007, hiv test, and really changed alot since the, i became more closer to GOD and changed my way of life. im hoping i can get alot of responses here, and THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH IN ADVANCED. GOD BLESS U ALL  ALWAYS

Hi there,

Not sure if you had protected or unprotected sex.

If all your sexual intercourse is protected, with condom, than you are not at risk of HIV.
However, if you have unprotected sex, you are exposed to possible HIV infection if the girl is HIV positive.

A test at the 3rd month would be good to conclude.

Particle agglutination is not the same as ELISA.   But is a standard sensitive test used by laboratories  often in Asia.  They are up to date and modern.

thanx bro for the advice, i needed it alot, im actually here in the philippines for college, at cebu, the girls that i had sex with are actrually skool mates i kinda know them, they're into the whole liberated party scene kind of thing, some are just flings and to past time, im so paranoid. like crazy. by the way the HIV TEST i got tested was SEROLOGY HIV 1 & 2
HIV 1 & 2 DTL  method: particle agglutination
then kit: SERODIA HIV 1 & 2

this was done at HIGH PRECISION DIAGNOSTICS labratory.

is that test accurate?? is it like the ELISA in some sort? or the same thing??

Only 9?  You need to up your action bro.. you at UNI!  Just use condoms, ok?

But seriously...

1) As sure as it gets if it was 3 months after your last unprotected act

2) Yes.

3) I think you're speaking of HIV causing AIDS.  Your body will produce antibodies to the HIV virus anywhere from 2-12 weeks (85-90% of people who get HIV will have detectable antibodies by 4 weeks)

4) NO

5) NO, not unless you are continuing to have unprotected sex with multiple partners that you don't know the status of.
