Ichy white bumps on body and penis head( rash)
Recieved oral sex and kissed the girl of high risk category. Got RNA PCR 1 qant at 3 months and antibody test after 6 months and rapid HIV 1/2 test after 7 months all came negative. Developing red bumps on my penis and white ichy bumps all over my body. No visible discharge from penis but sometimes find fluid on my penis which is transparent and has noi smell to it. Head of the penis hurts with some discoloration.

Any educator doctors don't. You never had a risk to even need an HIV test.
Why are health care professionals these days saying that HIV test should be done at 1 year after exposure
1- FORGET about hiv :)
2- you can visit a infectious disease doctor or a physician would be able to diagnose your problem
