Your 6 month hiv test result was negative so you don,t have hiv and i don,t know why you had a viral load test done anyway.If your CD4 Cell count is 423 then something else is going on but it has nothing to do with hiv.
I am not a doctor and so don't want to provide advice on blood tests but what I will say is that 423 is still within the normal range and is not low.

You also have a negative HIV test, maybe your symptoms are stress related.
A negative test means you are HIV negative
A negative test means you are HIV negative
Kamal. its seems to me that you have got yourself so stressed and anxious about this. If you have been in fear of contracting HIV then this is understandable but please be assured that you do not have HIV.
You need to move on, get on with your life and stop worrying about this.
If you continue to fixate on HIV when you do not need to you will head down a slippery slope towards HIV phobia which believe me is not a nice place to be.

a 3 month negative is conclusive so at 6 months and months you are most definitley HIV negative.
my 4th generation hiv elisa test was negative after 6 months then after i did rna viral load test after 7 months
