I'm losing my mind...

Hello I'm 25 year old male in Florida.  I've recently been exposed to a 36 year old woman that looked crazy but I was intoxicated and making poor decisions at the time.  We performed oral sex on each other.  I dip tobacco and I'm pretty sure I already have HSV-1 even though my doctor says otherwise.  Here are my symptoms 24 hours after exposure and have lasted 7 days and still going.

- Red sore on penis shaft could be abrasive trauma
- Urethra pain
- Discomfort around head of penis
- four bumps near head of penis almost close enough to be a cluster of bumps
- Urine has very strong odor
- Three small sores inside mouth that aren't open.  (somewhat normal as I dip tobacco but three?)
- Discomfort in right front neck, lower back, and lower abdomen on the sides (lymph nodes?)
- Body itching and genital itching especially at night
- mild diarrhea that isn't watery
- malaise

I was tested already but its too early to get a positive result as my body would not have built up anitbodies yet.  Does this sound like hiv infection, hpv, and herpes all in one?  Urine drip at health department revealed low white blood cells in urine.  Please help me!

There simply is no risk in giving/receiving oral sex in regards to HIV transmission. A sore on the mouth is NOT significant enough to pose a risk of HIV transmission. The only way you could even possibly get HIV from oral sex is if you had a huge wound that was actively bleeding a lot of blood, and you rubbed someone's infected vaginal fluids into that wound. A sore or cut or raw spot in the mouth is not going to make a portal of entry for HIV, period. You're fine.

I understand that the risk is very low via oral sex and i'm surely paranoid but some say it is possible especially if there are sores in the mouth or on the genitals.  Urine drip likely ruled out chlamydia and gonno.

You have no reason to worry about HIV as it is not transmitted via oral sex. You should probably be screened for other STDs that can be transmitted by oral sex, but don't worry about HIV. For questions on other STDs, please ask in the STDs forum and you can be helped there.
