I'm scared.

Many years ago I discovered that the skin at the base of my penis has a small aperture. When I look at it, it looks like a small duct or channel capillary of about 0.5 cm. There are others which leave the pubic hair, but this does not leave any pubic hair. As it sits at the base of the penis, the condom does not cover it. Sometimes accumulates under the skin a yellowish mass or white and when I press it out through the opening at the tip. Never bleed or leave any liquid. Some time ago (6 weeks) I had protected sexual intercourse with a lady (vaginal), but I'm afraid that the base of my penis came into contact with vaginal fluids and in the base there is this duct or channel. I don't know hot to describe it very well. I know that usually there is no risk if the condom does not cover the whole penis, but it's a no risk situation even in my case? This little duct od chanel does not hurt. It never bothered me at all until now. Please, helpe me

The only thing that needs to be protected is the head of your penis.

I'm sorry if I bring this up again, but I think I did not explain myself very well. Please, be patiente to me. I won't be asking and asking over again.

My penis in its skin's basis has something different. I do not know very well how to describe it. It seems a big capillary channel by which leaves the pubic hair, but does not grow any pubic hair actually. I think it is about 0.5 cm and the condom is not big enough to protect it. It is old and has never seen any discharge coming out of it. But the day I had an extramarital affair with an unknown woman, later at home, I spent the nail in the skin and realized that a white mass came out of it (I had already bathed and made aseptic region .) A few days before the  intercourse I spent rash ointment for this part of my body and I suspect that the mass is accumulated ointment. I went to the doctor and he called this very small and strange formation in the skin of my penis "blind bottom" (do not know if there's such expression in english). The doctor told me that it is quite common and offers no risk for HIV transmission. I was quiet initially, but I am very worried because  since last saturday (17 days after sexual experience with the strange), I have had diarrhea and a slight fever. I went to the hospital this morning and the doctor said there is a Rotavirus outbreak which is producing symptoms similar to mine. I hope that's the cause of my discomfort now, but I'm worried because even if I tried to prevent the base of my penis not covered by the condom to avoid come into contact with the vagina and vaginal discharge. But I'm not sure if I was able to avoid contact. Please, gentlemen, do you agree with my urologist or do you think I have reasons to get worry?

Thank you very much

Thanks, Teak. If you say so, I take it as true. If you do not know any case of infection through this way, I become confident I'm not gonna be the first. Thanks again.
