Info for lady

Female dating guy. I’ve had sexual intercourse with male. We always had kissing involved and him fingering me deeply. I always made him use condom during sex and ask him to finish outside of me with the condom. There was once he got too excited and finished inside me with the condom on. As we were getting ready to clean up, I can see some of the semen inside the condom toward the end of base. Is it possible for anything to get inside me? I’ve tried looking around the post, is it also true that if semen is outside the body anything doesn’t live?
I’m asking because about few months after this, I came down with acute bronchitis, Mild diahrrea few days, mild sore throat. My dr gave me some antibiotics which I notice some acne break out on my chest and back. I’m worried here, the coughing still lingering for months now.

It can't infect you when the condom doesn't break, so you had no risk. Billions of other negative people like you get colds so you have no point fixating on yours.
