Is HIV infection likely in my case?

Dear Doctors,

I'm not sexually active or haven't indulged in anything risky.
Heterosexual. Never had sex with anyone. Never injected drugs. Never had a blood transfusion/organ transplant.
The only thing I have ever indulged is solo masturbation (regular masturbation and prone masturbation)
I started masturbating when I was 12 and started off doing it unknowingly in a face down position or prone position.
I used to do it on floor, bed, carpet, sheet etc in a face down position which I switched after a year or two since i found it uncomfortable. Later I adopted the normal hands-on position.

The reason why I am worried is because I have 5 spots/lesions on my right thigh for almost 8-9 years now which have remained intact.
The spots are Waxy in appearance. First three spots are slightly raised. Do not itch, pain or blanch. Looks rather dark in colour in my dark brown skin complexion and looks slightly reddish under light. 2 or 3 small hairs can be seen growing on these spots and in some, black dots which look like hair follicles can be seen. Its remained as such for 8-9 years now.It appeared when I was 14 and now I am 23. First 3 spots (indicated by blue circles in the pics) are slightly raised and the remaining 2 spots (indicated by black circles) are in line with my skin. I have a hairy body. I have a dark brown complexion (Asian). Spots look slightly reddish under light in my dark brown skin.
I had a Complete Blood Count when I was 16 and came out clean.

Am I at any risk here?
Is this KS?
Does KS behave like this?
Am I HIV+?
Is it true that Kaposi Sarcoma can occur at any CD4 count? (Source: thebody.com)
Once it appears, does it progress? I mean, does it increase in size over time or undergo change in appearance, pain or any such changes?
Could the virus have accumulated in the the carpet or floor or my bed and infected me?

These are the pics:

Thanks a lot for your inputs.

Its those spots that are freaking me out. The fact that the spots are on my thigh is the reason why I started checking it online. I couldn't come up with any reason for the spots. When I tried digging deep into my memories, I thought my masturbation method could be the reason. Later I got convinced that one cannot contract HIV through that way.

May be I'm way over-thinking the whole thing after reading the symptoms and related issues in sites available online.

Yes, I never had any sex or indulged in anything risky. I'm sure about it.
