Risk of HIV and other STD's?

6 weeks ago i was with a CSW.  She performed unprotected oral sex on me and we had protected vaginal penetrative sex.  We also did a lot of deep french kissing.

2 weeks ago I went to Thailand for a Bachelor party.  I deeply kissed 2 CSW's and I fingered both of them.  I hope I didn't have any cut on my finger, but my finger did sting for a couple of days, although I didn't see an open wound or swelling.  They also masturbated me for a few minutes. I am worried because I have bleeding gums and I had a bump on the inner top part of my lip the next day after kissing one of them.  It wasnt a sore but appeared as if I had been bitten. It was an elevated bump with red dots (blood) on the inside and some white dead skin which was peeling off.  I am scared of all of these incidences.  Also, the girls that I fingered were very wet and I'm scared I may have touched my penis with her juices.

I have been very scared and although I believe these to be low-risk situations, I have had the following symptoms:

1. Little red bumbs on my upper arms, chest and a few on the stomach and back.  My right hand started itching quite a bit near the bottom of my pinky yesterday and it turned red and was a bit irritated.

2.My lymph nodes in my neck seem swollen although my throat doesn't hurt.  When I brushed my teeth, I do see a little green phlegm and some blood when I spit out after brushing my tounge.

3.I feel nautious some times.

4. I sweat quite a bit during the day and at night.

5. I have a slight soreness on my tounge which has a little white dot on top of it.

6. No headaches or fever.

I'm very scared of these red bumps and my swollen lymph nodes.  Do you think I need testing for HIV or any other STD's?

Could these symptoms be arising out of anxiety?

Please help!

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

hiv is not transmitted through oral sex.

clearly you can see that nothing that you've described put you at risk for contracting hiv.
