Fear of HIV/STD

Doc, 7 months ago I did protected sex with a female who HIV and STD I dont know. The details are as follows
1) kissing
2) oral sex as she took my d..k for around 1min in her mouth without ejection.  
3) I fingrred and with that finger put condum.
4) protected sex around 2,3 mins.
Please help me as I m so much stressed and looking every site which made me much stressed and now looking for each symptom in my body.due to stress cant even get to office from the last two weeks.

I'm no Doc.

Condom sex (latex) is safe sex concerning hiv.
What you describe did not put you at risk.
Including the oral and fingering.
No need to stress over hiv or test for this experience.
Perhaps your second part of your enquiry could be answered in the STD forum.

The virus is inactivated in the air so you have nothing to worry about which is why no one in the world has got it from what you did.
Time to forget about what you did since you were NEVER  at risk, and go back to your happy life.
