HIV and Hepatitis B/C

Hello,
Four weeks ago I went home with a guy I barely knew, who also seemed to be a big liar. Why I did what I did is something I need to ask my therapist. I am a female and had genital rubbing with said male (let‘s say he has every possible std, incl HIV and hepatitis B). What where the risks I exposed myself to?

1. What if he had had blood on his penis? (Because of lesions or smth else)
2. Is Fingering in both areas considered a risk?
3. He inserted his Penis for like 30 seconds (max. 1 minute) - i told him i don‘t have sex without condoms, but in retrospect I am not 100% sure he used it. (It was the 6th day of my period- so pretty much at the end)

Could you please help me? I am going crazy!!

Best regards!

If you used condom, there is no reason to worry, unless it broke or moved.

The only ways HIV is spread are:
-Unprotected anal/vaginal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs with.
-Mother to child.

Fingering is not a way this virus is spread. Masturbating other people is a really common activity, it HIV were spread that way, everyone along the world would be infected.

All the best.
