Is it conclusive

HI, I am raj from India few month's back I had sex with a sex worker and today I went to a HIV
testing center and got tested through tridot method. Actually I gave my blood sample of 1st of
this month but when I went today for my result he told that test was not done due to some reasons
and asked me to wait for 15 minutes for the result. So he removed my blood sample from the refrigerator
and allowed it to come to room temperature and after that he mixed it with some chemical or serum and
and kept it in a white little chamber which had only a few  drops of my blood in it and after 1 or 2 min
he told that I am negative as the blood spot is pointing towards the control this whole test took just
a few minutes so can I relay on this test result I have undergone this test 3 month's post exposure and
do I need to retest again.

Tridot is an ELISA test.
After three minutes, one, two, or three dots will appear. A single dot indicates an HIV negative patient but a correctly functioning test. Two indicates either HIV-1 or HIV-2 antibodies, and three dots indicates the presence of antibodies for HIV-1 and HIV-2.
