Is it possible to have HIV infection with unprotected oral sex and deep kissing?

Exposure Risks:I am a man. And my first sexual exposure was on 23 April 2018 with a girl with unknown HIV status. The risks I had are deep kissing and she gave me oral unprotected sex while no vigainal or anal sex. The same occured with another firl with unknown HIV status on 26 April 2018. And I never gave them oral sex.
Symptoms:
1- After almost one months I had  cold which was gone after almost 4 days.
2- After 6 weeks I noticed yellow patches on my throat with swollen lymph nodes in the neck (3 location).Swelling is not seen by eyes but by touching. These symptoms still did not disappear.
3- Two days ago I noticed ridges on 2 fingernails while the rest of nails have vertical lines without ridges.
Treatment:
1-I went to ENT after my 6 weeks symptoms and he gave me gargle which did not work.
2-After 52 days of last exposure I went to another ENT specialistand I told him about my sexual exposure so he requested Sypillis and anti Hiv tests besides throat swap culture.
3- Throat swap culture shows normal streptococcus bacteria and ENT told me the result is fine.
4-Anti HIV test was non reactive and was done after 53 days of last exposure.I can see on the test result that test Method is CMIA but I am not sure if it is 4th generation test or not.
Current condition:
1-I have ridges on 2 nail fingers and the rest of fingers have vertical lines. None of the fingers is smooth.
2-Still throat has yellow patches which does not disappear.
3- Syphillis test and anti HIV test are non-reactive after 53 days of exposure.
Question: (Please only physicians and doctors to answer this question)
1-What are the underlying causes of my medical conditions?
2- How accurate is my CMIA test?
3- Do I need to repeat the tests?
4- What are the possible causes of having ridges on my fingers?

You can't get Hiv from oral or kissing even if you both are bleeding, so you need to move on and get back to your normal happy life instead of wasting it fixating on HIV.
You don't have any medical training so it is unrealistic for you to be Googling for death then studying your body thinking you are capable of diagnosing HIV.
I doubt the ridges are any different than before you kissed these women, your cold is not unusual and your ENT said your throat is fine but you feel he doesn't know how to diagnose as well as you.
Clarification: ENT said she doubts throat patches/spots are from acid reflux. Which can be right, however she is not sure if it is the underlying cause.

My big concerns: are about my 3 weeks swollen lymph nodes besides my one week nail vertical ridges.

Also a lot of physicians said CMIA test is only conclusive after 3 months while I did it after 53 days.

Also, the cold I had was  brief than normal colds.

I hope the negative result is conclusive but my symptoms are very worrying.
It would be conclusive after 1 minute since you don't have HIV. You might as well obsess that she made you pregnant and test for that.
You don't have any medical training so you are not capable of diagnosing any disease, so it is not surprising that you are fixated on HIV which you weren't even exposed to.
Thank you brother for your support.
And I will be more glad if you can divert me to a specialist
The specialist you need is a therapist because your problem is not disease, it is irrational fear of disease and an unrealistic confidence in your own ability to diagnose disease, which is a mental health problem.
You don't have any medical training so it is unrealistic for you to be Googling for death then studying your body thinking you are capable of diagnosing HIV.
