Is14,20 week Elisa HIV1/2AB -ve conclusive for Hbv +ve

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for the wonderful work I almost cleared my doubts in Sero conversions just reading all your post from the past couple of days. But I though a personal opinion can still help me reduce my fear for HIV.

I recently came to know that i am infected with HBV Genoty-D when I just went for a general checkup and also occult blood in urine. My doctor said I might have been carrying since childhood as my HBVeab is positive but with viral load 36,000. AST-386,ALT-197. Ultrasound normal.

Recently,I went to strip club 5 months ago and started with protected BJ and Protected(new Condom) intercourse for 3 minutes no ejeculation. I remember that i touched the condom during  Blow Job (Dont remember If i also touched during Intercourse) and after every thing saw my penis skin lifted and spent a minute to put it back.

These are the result of my latest test.
AST/ALT 28/28 Normal But Viral load increased from 36,000 to 55,000. Even Occult blood not found just a trace in urine.
I don't see the white lines on sides of my tongue now. But White Layers under lips and cheeks are still there.

After seeing your forum and the wonderfully Information there, I am trying to ease my mind that HIV is not my case as I have 2 Elisa HIV 1/2 Ab with Reflexes negative results at 14,20 weeks from Quest Diag.

Please help me with these few questions
1)Is it possible to contact HIV Virus from Hands?
2) Is my HIV test  result conclusive and Is Elisa HIV 1/2 Ab with Reflexes  a new generation AB test?
3) Are there any known General cases of Healthy people with HBV having late seroconversion for HIV i.e. after 5 months of infection?
4)I saw I your forum and every where people say 97% people produced AB for HIV with in 3 months.
Is the above statement because Negative AB result is also 97% Accurate or really 3% people AB are produced late by Immune system.
5)I see a small light red scar on left corner of tongue and white borders on tongue and White thin layers inside cheeks and inside upper and lower lips Feels weird when rubbed with tongue along it.
Now white border on tongue are not visible.could it be due to anxiety and fear symptoms, Because I noticed them few days after I came to know I am HBV positive.

I went to a dentist, he said the cheeks lips looks weird and he suspects leukoplakia or mucous.

Please give me your valuable opinion.I am very depressed.

Hi Doctor,

I am very thankful for your response.

I request you, Could you please answer my 3rd and 5th question in particular.
I went to see a oral sergen and explained him my case and -ve test result and asked him If my oral symptoms could be HIV.

He said could be, May be It is take to take an other test.
But likely Latest test show result early. I am not sure which generation HIV 1/2 AB test is used in Quest Diag. My last test at 20 weeks was on Apr,11
