paranoid and worried

Hello long story short am I being paranoid or is there a possibility of this happening. .. excepted cookies from someone in my child's dance studio didn't know her but I took then. .I was going to throw them out but we decided to eat one. .. now  i'mconcerned that she contaminated the cookies. . Is it even possible to contact something like hiv from a situation like that. . I'm sorry for being ignorant with this question don't mean to offend anyone. . My anxiety s not allowing logic. .I need help

Like i said,even if an HIV+ person did try and contaminate food it would never be able to infect you because the virus becomes inactive outside it's host.You have nothing to be concerned about.

Thank u.. logically I know that.. my mind just begins to think of the what ifs.. like if she contaminated ny putting blood or something in the cookie. . But your right. .. and I have to get a grip

Absurd,you can't contract HIV from a cookie simply because HIV becomes inactive and unable to infect once outside the body and exposed to air.
