Kissed a lesbian in a night club

Hey, the other night I went out to a club and somehow managed to kiss (proper kiss, tongues and stuff) a lesbian (I'm a dude). I was drunk. Anyway, the next morning, I checked my mouth for cuts and stuff and couldn't see anything. I then chewed some gum for a couple of hours (same piece), then noticed my tongue hurting a bit. Looked in the mirror and there seemed to be a kind of ulcer thing. Checked my tongue today and it's seems to be gone/not hurting as much. Anyway, what I would like to know is, is there a chance I could have caught anything from the kiss? Would the ulcer type thing on my tongue have been caused from the chewing of gum? I've got OCD, so I dunno whether this is just contributing to the worry-factor. So yeah, is there anything I need to be worried about? Thanks.

According to the CDC there has never been a known case of HIV transmission through kissing. You won't be the first. It was DEFINITELY no risk.
