Kissing and masturbation with cold sore

Hi Good day, I would like to ask if what HIV risk do I have and do I have to have my HIV test done.
I met with this guy over my place, it just happened that I have an outbreak of cold sore which I believe is a oral herpes, We kissed a lot with saliva, His saliva might had touched my cold sore. And also we had a mutual masturbation, there was a slight moment that our penis was in contact with each other. His hands might have had precum while he touched my penis. He came in his abdomen
Im so scared of what had happened. Im not sure if this is a risk scenario. Thank you

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
