nervous guy

I had unprotected oral sex with sexual worker on 9th March/11. I am male. I performed oral sex on female. I think i had cut on  my tongue just one day before unprotected oral sex. I gulp lot of vaginal fluid during oral sex. Since that day( since 25 days), I have sore throat which is still continued. I am having difficulty in swallowing food, fever, fatigue, my voice gets thick, swollen gland and having dry cough. I went to a doctor my results for gonorrhea and chlamydia came negative ( from swab test ). Now after 1 month, I have one small red bump ( not sure that is blister or not ( not painful )), which is on my upper lip, which is since 2 days.

Doctor suggest me there must be viral infection, he suggested me antibiotics for my throat.

I start taking it from today.

My questions are :
1) is it herpes, and after how much duration symptoms appears, can it be appear after 1 month?
2) is it syphillis, how much duration symptoms appears, can it be appear after 1 month??
3) after taking antibiotics, I really started feeling good, what kind of bacteria could be in my throat?
4) is it early symptom of HIV?
5) what are the chances of getting HIV in my case?

I am really worries, all day - night , all these worries cant make me work or sleep...
