LOW MPV, Decline in WBC

I got bloody bitten by an evil Sex worker during protected sex, I test Elisa by 39 days (in a very dirty bad lab.) & again by 41 days (in a reliable lab.), & then took an "Elisa & p24" test at 60 day, all came back with negative results. problem is that I have had diarrhea in 6 week of exposure & have had very bad coughs from end of 8 week till now in 10 week. also now at the end of 10 week I got lip herpes! where is the problem?

seen a GP and Specialist, both told me no need for further follow up, GP gave me two kinds of tablets I think they were for diarrhea & specialist told me to drink cough syrup & use humidifiers.

I tested an ELISA Antibody at 90 days, It comes back negative BUT my MPV was very very low! (half of the lease minimum of reference!) also WBC was at bottom low (but it was still in normal range), & there was an obvious decline in my WBCs in each blood test(4 blood test, every time next one lower than previous one!). Why MPV is low, Whats the problem?
