Last question, different AB tests

Is there much of a difference in what is better and EIA/ELISA or a ICMA test? Are there any problems with an ICMA test, or are they equally as good. I have seen posted some great things about it being better than an EIA but on other posts seeing it having problems. Can someone clear this up for me. Thanks for your time and i wont bug anyone anymore i know there is already way to many questions here to begin with.

That thread is over 2 years old and clearly the poster has no idea what he/she is talking about. Additionally, people come on this forum trying to start trouble and freak people out and will lie about "testing positive." It happens and people are cruel. No one is going to test positive on an ElISA and WB then test negative on an ICMA. It just doesn't happen. Ignore that post and try to move on.

Regarding that post, the person seems to indicate that someone had pos elisa w/WB yet tested Negative on a ICMA test. Do you have any ifo regarding this?

ICMA tests are FDA approved to test for HIV as long as it has been at least 3 months. They are just as good as an ELISA. Neither is better than the other as long as taken after the 3 month window period. Both are approved by the FDA and are accurate tests.
