No it doesn't make a difference the antigen part is only good up to about 28 days after possible infection. After that the antibody is the test needed.
3 months conclusive
Hi I called up the clinic they said its a architect test for antibody only and not p24 antigen.
Does that make any difference?
Is it still conclusive?
Yes, it's a 4th generation test and you are conclusively negative.
Ask the people who administered the test.
In my architect test result it was mentioned
Hiv 1 antibody non reactive
Hiv 2 antibody non reactive
Is architect a duo test?
If so why nothing is mentioned about p24 antigen.
I am confused please advice
As far as I am aware it is a reliable 4th generation test. The time you took it is also the proper and the result is conclusive.
