Leukoplakia and HIV

I am worried about a recent low risk exposure to and am worried that I am showing signs of acute retroviral syndrome.  The exposure happened 3 weeks ago and I am noticing two lateral lines along the sides of my tongue that look like they could be oral hairy leukoplakia.  Can this manifest during ARS? Or is it more an indicator of longtime HIV?

Thank You

How can it be ARS when you didn't have a risk of contracting HIV?

Even if it was no risk, knowing that information will put my mine to ease.  Is it associated with ARS?

You didn't have a risk for HIV. It has nothing to do with symptoms of ARS!
