Lip bite

Sorry, but I have one more question. Last winter I bite my gf's lip, and I don't remember if it was bleeding (but probably it was), and we didn't stop kissing. I have read that it was only one case in the world when somebody was infected with HIV in a such way. Please, analyze my risk and say if I had chances to be infected.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
* After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
* Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
* Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

But I really don't understand how it is possible - absence of risk if it could be a contact with infected blood (probably infected).

I'd like to say that I was tested for HIV after 10 or 12 month after that situation and I've got a negative result, but, I live in Moldova and I don't know anything about test-systems that are used here...maybe there are third generation systems, but maybe not (2nd or 1st).
Or, maybe I've got a HIV - phobia.
