Just check  online there is a 4th generation combo test from j mitra called as tridot+ Ag, it just looks for the IGg antibodies only, according to a hiv specialist on  tan and partners forum hiv IGg antibodies appear after 60 days in blood, that's why I am worried cause I took this CIMIA test at 29 days and 46 days, but if it is not looking for IGm sntibodies which appear in blood from day 23 then how can it be reliable after day 28

i believe 4th gen test covers all , thats the reason now everyone stating p24 combo tests are conclusive at 28 days post exposure.

Combo test would never be conclusive if it didn't cover all antibodies
