please help me. i need expert advice. is there a risk?

Rightnow i am crying while writing this. plz help me.
yesterday i met a girl at my home for sex. this is what occured:
1- i put my penis between her tightened thighs and rubbed it. i am sure there was no penetration. but i am scared if my penis touched her vaginal juices. and she told me that her period has just finished the day before.
2- she performed oral sex on me but only for 5 seconds.
3- i rubbed my face to her vagina while it was wet. i did not lick it. but there was a lot of vaginal juices.
am i at serious risk? is HIV testing needed ?
i really regret because i cheated on my wife who i really love. can i have sex with my love? i am scaring to death.

nothing that you are describing put you at risk for contracting hiv.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

as you can CLEARLY see...you were never exposed
