I took the unigold rapid test at 28 days, should I still worry about HIV?

I have been talking to this girl for about a month and I have been very safe about having a sexual relationship with her.  (22 Aug) it happened and I use protection with her.  I did not finish because I have intimacy issues and as i withdrew myself from her I saw that the condom was sort of coming out but it was still attach to the penis gland.  I pulled it off with my hand and then I sort of blew on it just to make sure that there was no hole, there wasn't.  My question is, do I need to worry bout catching an std? Was i safe...I don't know how to describe the condom but I know it was still attach to my head and it was not ripped and it was not inside her, but I did had a pimple that I had popped earlier in the day it was near the gland...do i have to worry about something because of the pimple I popped earlier.  On the 20th of August I also got a tattoo, Am I at risk of catching HIV...I got the test on the 19th of September and it was negative.

Do you think if I get a Uni-gold rapid test at 7 weeks...will that be definitive?

As far as testing goes, testing negative at 7 weeks is a good indication of your status but for it to  conclusive you will need to re-test at 3 months. However, it is unlikely that your status should change as long as there aren't any new/more recent exposures.
Thank you beautiful lady for putting my mind at ease
Change from the 4 weeks or 7 week

If the condom was still covering the head of your penis (the urethral opening) then you had NO RISK FOR HIV AND DO NOT NEED TO TEST. If the condom had broken, you would know. They do NOT get little holes or tears in them, they fail catastrophically to the point that about the only part left is the ring at the base of your penis.
The pimple would have been covered since the condom was still covering the head (glans) of your penis and is not a risk.
You do NOT HAVE HIV and do not need to do any further testing..........unless YOU feel the need for peace of mind. If that is the case, at 12 weeks post this sexual encounter, have a blood drawn test. The results will be conclusive.
As for the tattoo, it is up to all of us who are into ink to THOUROUGHLY check out any tat parlor we use. Since you got the tat only 2 days before your sexual encounter, IF you are considering getting tested for HIV for peace of mind, the 12 week confirmatory test would also include any infection from the tat parlor.
I wish you the very best
