Lubrication Nervousness

Dear Doctor,
Hello. I have a bottle of olive oil that I store in my bathroom cabinet to use as a lubricant for masturbation. I know that the scenario that I am about to describe might be a little far fetched, but never the less could be possible. My friends come and stay with me on the weekends sometime,
and I'm sure, like most normal males probably masturbate fairly frequently; and I wouldn't put it past them to use my bathroom and my lubricant to masturbate. This past time I used the oil for its usual purpose and after I finished, I was putting the oil back in the cabinet when I noticed something swishing about in it resembling semen. Now, for hypothetical purposes, please tell me if their was a possible risk of contracting HIV involved; assuming that that was semen in the oil and the friend who accidentally managed to get it in their was HIV positive.
                                               Thank you kindly,
                                                                Scrutinizer
