Please assess my risk

Hello Doctor, Please help me on my exposure. Last month Feb 27th I had sex with a sex worker in Mexico. Once we entered the room she insisted me to wear condom. After wearing condom we continued but I was not hard enough to penetrate her because I was totally drunk and did not get full erection. But I did penetrated her couple of times and since I was not fully erected she gave me handjob after removing the condom. I didnt kiss her and also I didnt do oral sex on her. After one day of this incident, I started getting slight discomfort in my throat and it continued for 1 week. I thought it was due to alcohol that I took a lot before this exposure. Then exactly at starting of 4th week I started having same discomfort in my throat which is still lasting for 1 week. I am getting mucus when I clear my throat and I am getting needle prick pain when I inhale and not excessive throat pain and had low grade fever for couple of days on and off. And also I had pain under my right armpit for couple of days and with body pain, head aches. And I felt tired for 3 days. But I didnt notice swollen lymph nodes in my body. All these above symptoms triggered me to think of HIV since I forgot to check the condom before she took off. But I am very clear that condom didnt slip because I saw when she was removing the condom. So all these above symptoms are indication of ARS symptoms? since it started exactly at 4th week after my exposure. Please help me on my above exposure? I really appreciate your help.

So when you penetrated her you had a condom on (your penis was covered)? If that is the case. No Risk. Also a hand job is no risk. Your sore thoat has nothing to do with HIV. Get your sore thoat looked at by a Dr. if it keeps bothering you. But it is not from HIV.
