Massage Parlour fears Or just anxiety?

I had a visit to the massage parlour that is worrying me. I got an erotic massage at an asian massage parlour in malaysia. The lady performing it for me was Thai. She gave me a body to body massage while we were both fully naked while i had no condom on.She finished me with unprotected oral. I think both our genitals made contact while she was grinding me and at one point she hold my penis quite near to her vagina.Im going nuts because i keep wondering if she did inserted my penis into her vagina when i wasn't looking. If my penis did penetrate would i have realise it? I have a girlfriend too and this worries me even more.

You have a girlfriend. Have you ever had vaginal sex with her? If so you know what it feels like to insert into a vagina.
She doesn't want to get diseases from her clients so made you wear the condom for the oral. Why would she make you wear the condom for oral but not for an insertion? Again, that makes no sense, so your mind is playing tricks on you. Time to move on from HIV fears.

Ok, just go with the first paragraph of the advice, and add all this. Oral is zero risk for HIV even if she is positive. You are so safe you don't need to test for HIV although you can get std so check the std forum.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
So basically im just overthinking this and do not need testing am i right... Thank you for your views on this i can feel alot calmer now.
