Dear Professor:
How are you, I come from China; A few days ago I went to the hospital for physical examination, but my wound arm may be exposed to other people's blood, so, do I need to check again?

Dear professor, I’ m really sorry but I may have offended you with no intention and I’d like to beg your forgiveness. My English is not so good, so what I sent to you was translated by others. I’m always worrying about whether it can correctly express my thoughts. Thank you very much for your answers. They are of great help to me. Thank you again, and best wishes to you!

first it was your arm that pressed on a mat...then it was your hand on a cushion.  both times you stated there "may have been a wound"

now it's your arm WITH  wound.

either way, you never had a risk
