Medicine Reaction

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a call girl 5 months ago. 4 days ago I got flu and sore throat. Yesterday I took medicine for it (Molox 400mg, Telefast D and Froben 100mg) with doctor's advice. Right after 1 hour of taking medicine my lips got swollen, my face started burning and big red spots started appearing all over my face, neck, check, belly and back. The were not itchy but my hand palms started itching. Swelling on lips gone after 1 hr. Red sopts on face gone after 1 hr. Red spots on rest of the body gone after almost 24 hours. I feel very tired and weakness now. My question is Could this reaction to the above medince be coz I got HIV (I have not tested yet) ? I have used Molox and Telefast D before. I used Froben first time.
