Minimal Risk still concerend about exposure

Hi, to start off, I am waiting for the alotted timeframe to go get tested, but in the meantime. I am just a bit concerned.  I am always careful about when I play (not brushing my teeth 16 hours before possible interaction for fear of microabrasions, no over the head oral, no cunnilingus and no kissing).  I am just concerned about apossible exposure I had about two months ago, in summary - there was none of the above mentioned actions, and penetration was protected.  The guy even pulled out (at my request) when he was ready to ejacu;ate.

My concern, is that he had used his saliva to lubricate the condom.

I have not experienced any fever, or sore throat.  I did have a cough, runny nose and sneezing, which I researched that respiratory issues are not signs of ARS.  No night sweats or anything like that and no rash.  Though I am not sure if my mind is playing games with me, but I noticed that my tongue is white.  Please take note that I did not notice if my tonuge was white or not before hand but to me it is white now.  It is not thick at all, and I cannot scrape it off. I dont hane any ulcers on my tongue, and I am constantly looking in the mirror to see if any changes in my mouth that I haven't seen before.  I think that I am seeing ulcers, but then like an hour later I go back and they are not there, so I am sure that I am playing mind games with my self.
Underneath my tongue feels sore and I have a slight burning sensation on my tongue.

Do you think that Ih ave anything to worry about?  I know that my risks are low, I just do not know why I am having such a difficult issue with my tongue/mouth.

Thank you
