Protected anal sex but with no lube.

I did protected anal sex but not using lube. But condom has little lube originally.
After sex, I checked the condom, It didn't tear or rip. It was OK.
Then no risk, right?

You had protected sex using a condom and therefore you had safe sex. Lube has nothing to do with it. You have no HIV concern.

No risk, but be sure to start using plenty of water based lube in the future to reduce the chances of condom breakage.

Lube is used to cut down on friction and condoms failures.
