Mouth brushed against buttocks

I have been very scared of contracting HIV or any other STDs ever since some incident occured many years ago. I will like to know if there is actually any risks of contracting HIV or any other STDs via the scenario below. I was at a crowded cafteria having my lunch. The tables were very closely packed such that there are only small gaps between adjacent tables. At one point in time, I turned my head to face my right hand side just as a guy was trying to squueze through the gap in between the tables. My face ended up right smack in his buttocks and my mouth brushed against his pants, as I was chewing some food. He was wearing a sweat pants and it felt a bit wet, probably after he had exercised or something.
Is there a need to test for HIV or any other STDs following such an incident? Thank you.

Thank you for all your replies. I feel much relieved now. I have one last question. If it had been the front, that is the crotch region would it have been an absolute no risk situation as well, even if the pants might be unzipped? I live in very crowded places and situations like these present itself from time to time.

He could have sat on your face and you would have not been at risk.

Buttocks (clothed or unclothed) do not transmit HIV.
