Condom Protected Vaginal Fluid Inside Condom

Hi Guys

I am new here and have gone through several posts similar to my situation but I would like to post my situation with specifics for your advice.

I was in dubai and hired an escort from a five star club for about 1500 dhs...we had protected oral and vaginal sex. The condom was intact but had rolled up half way closer to the tip of the penis still covering the urethra and half my penis.

I have the following questions:-

1.can vaginal fluids seeping in during sex inside the condom transmit hiv?
2.when I removed the condom I noticed my penis being moist and white particles on the shaft area and on the penis but not at the tip? Can this be my semen or the ladys vaginal fluid dried off?
3.do I need to worry or test?

What if some vaginal fluids got into the condom whilst having sex? Still no risk?

You don't need to worry about HIV as long as the tip is covered.
