Need Advice Asap

Hello, I had sexual intercourse about 2 and a half months ago in Aruba.  My friends said the girls down there were clean and get tested every month or so.  I used a condom throughout the entire time but I was too intoxicated to check at the end to see if it broke.  About two weeks later I got sick, the doctor diagnosed me with strep throat.  After a few days on antibiotics I was back to normal.  But since then I had been googling all symptoms of HIV and every morning I will wake up with something else thinking it may be a symptom.  The anxiety is killing me.  I have been depressed for over a month about this and don't know what to do.  Is it possible that my anxiety is making me stress and reveal new problems.  Because everytime i find something new like a cankersore or a get a headache I get scared.  Apparently every single thing that your body does is a symptom of HIV on google.  Please give me some advice on what I should do, I really need it.

I am 18 year old male. Thanks

Firstly stop googling that makes things ten times worse, right now on to the hiv,it is very unlikely you have it,you did wear a condom so would say you are covered, but if you need peace of mind go and get check, but i can be sure that every symptom you are having is down to the anxiety,we create illnesses alot of the time, when we convince ourselves through thought or reading up things we automatically start feeling these sypmtoms.
