Question/Clraficiation re: nursegirl6572's HIV THE FACTS post

hi everyone, i think i'm just getting caught up on my understanding of what 'mutual masturbation' is.. in  nursegirl6572's "HIV: The Facts" post (which is ultra informative) she writes:

"The virus quickly becomes inactive when it is outside of its host (the body).  This is why infection from inanimate objects is impossible.  This is also why mutual masturbation with exposure to a partner's gential fluids is also NOT a risk in any way."

The term "mutual masturbation" in the context of a man/woman includes the guy putting his fingers INSIDE of a woman's vagina?

So I take then that would be an affirmative? Nursegirl's use of the term 'mutual masturbation' DOES include a guy inserting his finger into a woman's vagina.
