was i at risk for STI / HIV??

i had protected gay anal sex with a man using an extra strong latex condom i was topping him
he used lube on his anus i couldn't get fully erected due to being nervous So he proceeded to give me oral sex with the condom still on - he then applied some more lube and went back to anal sex with me ejaculating inside him with condom on - i checked for splits afterward i couldn't see any on the condom although there was a very very slight red substance on the condom.should i get myself tested after this experience ?
i tested negative for everything a few weeks ago
thank you for taking the time to read this

I meant to ask should i test for std as I've hears that skin to skin contact is possible - we didn't kiss - I didn't touch his penis with my hand - he performed oral on me as I was wearing  condom and masturbated my penis - my question should I see clinic?

Thankyou cpeterson7765 I had a scary experience in February and I guess I'm still shaken up by that a little but - so obviously this time I tried to be as safe as possible and I'd feel a little silly calling up the GU clinic with this story

Get tested if you begin to develop aymptoms or for peace of mind. But rest assured you had no risk of HIV.

Why would it be a cause of concern? It was on the condom.
