Do I require further testing?

Hoping you can help with a concern I have.
I live in Australia and just over 2 years ago I was briefly seeing a female, we were dating for about 6 weeks and during this time we had both unprotected and protected sexual intercourse. Around 6 times.
We both decided after 2 weeks of dating and having sex that we should get tested for HIV and other STIs.  Both of our tests game back negative. I did ask my partner at the time when was her last sexual encounter prior to dating me and she told me it was 4 months.
I was just wondering what would be the chances that she may have slept with someone else just prior to dating me and contracted HIV and the HIV test was conducted too soon for her and missed any infection.
I can recall that 4 weeks after we first had unprotected sex I started to feel run down, soar joints, slight sore throat.
I'm also worried that she slept with me after only 1 date and that one of the times we had unprotected sex she was having her periods.
Am I looking too far into things?  Should I get tested again after all this time?
I’m really not sure why after all this time it is now playing on my mind.  I was sick for around 2 weeks about a month ago with slight sore throat (3 days), runny nose(3 days and started after sore throat), joint pain, sore throat glands.
Could these be symptoms of HIV being present in my body? Or am I just stressing out?
It just seems that I get cold symptoms on a regular basis.

Thank you so much for your help

She has tested negative but regarding the later episodes after her tests that you doubt on, you can get tested and your worries would go away.

Why not get tested and your anxiety will be gone in a days time.
