Need to be 100% sure

I have tested after exposure
4 weeks elisa
6 weeks elisa
8 weeks elisa
9 weeks rapid blood
10 weeks rapid blood
11 weeks rapid blood
12 weeks rapid blood
13 weeks elisa
13 weeks finger prick oraquick
14 weeks mouth swab oraquick
15 weeks mouth swab oraquick
16 weeks mouth swab oraquick
17 weeks finger prick oraquick
19.5 weeks mouth swab oraquick
I am at the 22nd week now and i need to know when i can stop testing i dont know what generation any of the test are. I just need to be 100% sure i dont have hiv cause my gf wants to try for a baby and i dont want to hurt anyone. Is 24 weeks 6 months or do i have to wait longer like 26 weeks? Help please i live in the US by the way

are you sure i shoudnt test again in 2 weeks (24weeks) i want to be absolutely sure im hiv negative

You could have stopped at week 13.  It hasn't been 6 months since 2004. You don't have HIV.
