the ONLY thing about your post that holds relevance is that you had PROTECTED sex. you were NEVER at risk for contracting hiv.

From personal experience, tenderness/pain in the armpits can be caused by anxiety. If you want treatment for anxiety, I would first recommend seeking a therapist who can then refer you to a psychiatrist for medication.

From my understanding having looked through this forum, ARS symptoms will not linger. After initial infection (ARS), symptoms related to HIV will not suddenly pop up out of no-where. In other words, many HIV-positive people remain symptom-free for several years after the virus' onset.
You can trust a conclusive test result at 3 months.
