Nervous Wreck....I'm paying for it

Male, 30 in US. During the last 2.5 years or so, I have had unprotected sex with 6 different women. 3 of them are from a website are married, 35+ years old, met through a website that pairs up married people. The other three are younger, single women whom I consider much more of a risk. All the 6 are white women in US.

symptoms.
started with burning sensation on my tongue especially when I drink certain drinks. sometimes my tongue did get a white coating but not a lot which i suspected to be thrush. i read about yeast infection in men and a few sources link it with HIV. the tongue thing has been on and off. at some point I also developed athlete feet, another yeast infection but i treated it and it went away after about 4 days. right now i am suspecting rectal yeast infection because my anus gets incredibly itchy and i just started noticing some mucus, jelly-like substance in my stool. the glands on my face, right in front of the ears, feel swollen a bit but i not conspicuously.

prior to that, i have had 2 notable illness which never aroused any suspicion in me. I did have a bout of flu when everyone else around me seemed to, roughly 5 months ago and also about 3-4 months ago i had what i thought was throat allergy...couldnt swallow a thing. i have also recently had a case of pink eye.

All help is greatly appreciated.

It's not a mandatory test. So no she would not have had to take a test.

I should also mention that my long term girlfriend had a child 3 months ago. if i am infected, chances are that she is too (God forbid!). wouldn't the doctors have tested her at some point during her pre-natal care?

You can never go by symptoms. Since you put yourself at risk just go test and obtain your status.
