Happy Ending massage was not so Happily Everafter

Hello Doc,
On Tuesday 14th Dec'10 went to a massage parlor and one thing lead to another and she gave me a soap bath cleaned me thoroughly and later a massage were i inserted my finger into her vagina for a brief movement while she was standing and she applied lotion and  gave a hand job were i came. She took tissue to wipe my finger and semen off my stomach first and then she took another tissue and cleaned by finger again and this time used the same tissue to wipe my penis which freaked me out. later she brought a warm towel sprayed alcohol contain on it and cleaned by penis hard. I asked her twice if she was clean from HIV and she said all they do is give happy endings and no sex and she was clean (did not say her status of HIV (S. KOREA). I did not have sex, kissing, oral or was she naked lying on my body.I do not have cuts on penis (Not bleeding- uncircumcised). I am completely stressed, depressed and feel like have fever all day (measure 97.9) and nausea and drained. Does ARS start on the 3rd day? Can I get PCR DNA or RNA as i cant live feeling like this for 3 months. Stress kills before HIV. Last year same time I received oral sex and tested  about 18 times through out the year to be sure for 11 month all -ve. My doctor says I am hyper sensitive now. I judged a hand job involves no blood or semen and could be safe may be not.

Thanks
Smith

Is the risk of taking the meds far more beneficial then contracting HIV. But i understand that a lot of people who did not contract will be exposed to toxins

You don't give out meds to people that didn't have an exposure. Those medicines are toxic they aren't like taking an asprin.

Why is this not advised to people who had possible exposure to HIV virus these pills or not made aware through awareness program. If under 72 hours, you may qualify for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) with anti-HIV drugs to help prevent infection.
