STD AND HIV TESTS

about 10 weeks ago I had a possible HIV exposure. before I asked a question about Elisa inconclusive results (8 weeks after exposure).
luckily I retested negative 9 weeks after exposure. Also I tested negative for all STDs 9 weeks after exposure.
My question here:
1-Do I need to retest for STD's again because of window period?
2-Do I have to tell my doctor what STD's to test for? I dont show any STD symptomes so I was not sure what to ask I just asked for STD test.
3-Do I need to retest for HIV?

Actually syphilis can take up to 6 weeks, and hep C is very rarely sexually transmitted.  The hep that is sexually transmitted is hep b, and that can take up to 6 months.

An HIV antibody test before 3 months is not considered conclusive. A 9 week negative is highly encouraging though and come at a time when most people who are going to test positive will have.

For each STI you should test after it's respective window period. 9 weeks covers some (Chlamydia ...) but not others (Syphilis 6m, Hep.. though C is usually sexually transmitted   .
