Please assist

Hi to all,
I am not sure what you will think about my question, but I dont have too much education about the HIV, I have read a lot but still want someone to assure on the exposure I had.
I am a girl and I was in bed with a man, he assured he used to have safe sex all the time, anyway, lets go for the worst case senario that he was lying, my exposure was about foreplay only, kissing, hugs, oral sex and so on... no penetration, no ejaculation, only rubbing with a 5 seconds failure trial of penetrating in the rectum. Please guys let me know, is there any possibilty of catching HIV from this exposure especialy from the 5 seond anal sex trial "supposing" that there was a precum from his side and me having some wounds because of the penetration?? can HIV be transmitted this easily? I am very careful about my health and that's why I didn't let the encounter occur. and I dont want to get paranoid about this exposure, I will appreciate a lot your reply,

Thanks

To second Teak - not even the teensiest, tiniest most microscopic risk. Put HIV out of your mind, no way did you contract it given your description of the scenario that has you worried.

You may, if you please, decide to educate yourself a bit about just how HIV is transmitted. Doing so may alleviate future concerns. Not a criticism, just some advice. HIV is a scary thing to many people, but it becomes less so armed with the proper knowledge.
