On Demand Prep + Condom usage but still fearing I'm seroconverting

Friends, I practised group sex with Demand Prep + Condom usage. I practised receptive anal sex with a few guys. I started having some cold-like symptoms and was eventually diagnosed with pneumonia. I took the antibiotic and right after started having these crazy night sweats which lasted for 2 weeks. Right after that a single lymph node appeared in my armpit and it hurts like no tomorrow, not to mentioned it's pretty swollen. I never had fever nor rash or other typical ARS symptoms. The symptoms happened one week after the other. Now of course I'm considering that I'm seroconverting. I understand we should stop looking at symptoms and focus on the risk exposure and test, but I think I'm not quite ready. I evaluated the window period (2-6 weeks prior to the cold symptoms) and had no risks (I think) because I was using On Demand Prep + Condom. I'm the kinda guy who already experienced the influenza flu and dengue, so I know exactly what those strong "flu-like" symptoms feel like, and I did not feel that in this occation. Any considerations will be much appreciated. Be well, stay safe!

You used condoms that did not visibly break. I think you know you didn't have a risk for HIV.
See a doctor if you are concerned about your medical issues.

Self diagnosis is often wrong due to a narrow scope of thinking. Your situation is a classic example of fixating on the only disease you can think of and thinking you have that disease even though you can't.
thank you <3
