Just worried about my hiv risk due to internet

Okay diving into the main part i had a unprotected sex with a girl...20 days ago.later i got so worried about hiv so i asked her if she had a past she told she always had protected sex and she told she had sex with a guy 4 days ago prior to me. I was told hiv transmission would be high in acute stage of infection. So my question if she was lying about the protected sex thing. Would she still transmit the virus higher(because it has been just 4 days she might have got the virus) and she was so kind that she got herself tested on 19th day after she had sex with the other guy and result was negative .

If i understood you correctly,  she got a negative p24 post 19 days from her exposure?

That is a great news because p24 would almost always peak at 14 - 21 days post exposure.  If she was infected,  it would have been detected.  I would say every thing is in ypur favor right now.  Though she would still have to test at 28 days with a IVGen or a standard HIV tes at 6 weeks for a conclusive result.

Also the above testing recommendation applies for you.  You are going to be okay,  i believe. Good luck.

If you speculate HIV for some reason for this unprotected exposure.  You would need to test.  The soonest you could test is at 28 days with a IV gen HIV test.  Or any standard AB test post 42 days.

I suggest you to also think rationally, not every one is HIV positive.  Sex is a great thing,  people have it all the time.  Don't get in to symptom searching and overanalyzing your body,  just take a test and put this behind you.  Good luck.

Haha ya that is only good thing i am thinking of right now because i am not that active in terms of sex but my mind wont rest for this 8 days.....could please answer the question of mine please i mean i know the final answer would be a test but my mind wont rest till then.....and she got p24 test after 19days after her she had sex with other guy 4 days prior to my exposure .and it was negative what she got in her test....and by the way i already had done my test 3 days after my exposure it was of course negative so i means that i didnt had hiv prior to my exposure....and my basic doubt because i am unable to find a answer over net is that i know transmission rate would be high in the acute stage......what about 4 days after the exposure ...would the transmision rate would be high or low ?

If she had sex with the guy 4 days before she had sex with u, u had no risk because it is too early.
However, such things are very difficult to predict.
Since u had unprotected sex, i assume vaginal sex, then i advice u go at hiv test at one month time

So 4 days means that she was not in acute stage of infection then
Just get a test.  All this is uncalled for, you are going to mess up your own head.  GET TESTED.
