Oral Sex

Hi Guys,
Appreciate your efforts to clear the doubts in the minds of individuals about HIV transmission.
Can you please confirm oral sex is safe even if person has canker sore inside the lips, inside the cheeks, or on the gums.
Also there is no risk if person ejaculate in mouth as in this case other persons body fluid(semens) come in to contact and donnot leave persons body in order to render it inactive.
Thanks

Based on the available database, there has not been even a single case of HIV transmission via oral sex alone, in the history of HIV/AIDS spread over 3 decades and involving tens of million infected people to date.

You may find at some websites (like CDC) oral sex a "low risk" activity, which in my opinion, a theoretical risk where probability is negligible. Here all the knowledgeable answerers believe that oral sex has no risk of HIV transmission.
