Oral sex and anal sex

I had been with a straight guy but out of curioucity while drunk I had sex with a guy I met in a bar about 3 weeks ago. He was in his 40s, was healthy and he also said he is diesese free. I gave him a unprotected oral (he was inserting into my mouth without condom). Although he didnt came in my mouth but I did felt precum. I did spit after I giving him oral and cleaned my mouth. Also, I was bottom while he was trying top with condom but there was no ejaculation while anal and he was wearing condom all the time. he failed to penetration but it certainly did hurt me. During oral he did came on my face not in mouth and then on chest. I have been reading on the posts that oral sex is no risk or very low risk. Also, there has to be penetration into anal for HIV transmission.
The worst thing happened when he tried to insert his penis without condom in my anus but could not do it. But it certainly did rubbed his penis on my anus. While doing this he did not had any semen on his penis.
After about a week I had been exposed to sun for an hour after which I was feeling weak and also bumped my head on table and there was minor bleeding. I used ice cubes wrapped in thin cloth to massage the head at the place of injury. Next day I very mild fever, one side headache and neck pain which lasted about 2-3 days. I dont know if it was due to this injury or these are hiv symptoms. I now have mild sore throat, and dry mouth while sleeping. Are these symptoms of HIV? Did unprotected oral? Had been there a precum (or semen at worst case) on his penis, just by rubbing his penis on anal region or unprotected oral sex put me at the risk on HIV? Do I need to test?
